How to Return Your Order

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

 All returns are subject to following eligibility criteria:

  • All returns have to be made within 7 days of receipt of order
  • To complete your return, we require your proof of purchase
  • Your item(s) must be unused with tags and in the same condition that you received it/them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, you can ship the product back within 7 days after receiving the product. In this case, we politely ask you to pay for the return shipping using a trackable shipping service. Moreover, if you are approved for a refund, original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, effective or wrong product 

In case of a damaged product or a wrong product, we will ask for photos as proof, let us know the order number and the item name. From there, we will take it forward. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
