How to Return Your Order

Thank you for shopping at Souldewshop.com

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unwanted items within 30 days (for some items exceptions may apply, please check the respective product page) from the day you received your order.

Products must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for the purchased item(s) until we receive it.

During returning the purchase you need to use a reliable shipping service that provides a tracking number. Once we received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. For all crossborder return to cover the custom duties we will deduct 15% restocking fees from refunds.

If the product(s) you received was defective upon arrival you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery. 

The customer is responsible for the return postage unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product on our part and in such case, we will provide you a prepaid label via email.
