For dying hang it to air dry but do not allow it to be in direct sunlight as this can damage the silk fiber and fade the color. If possible dry on a clothes hanger, as clothes pegs can mark the silk. If the garment needs ironing, do not allow it to dry out completely – it is best left slightly damp.
Avoid spraying perfume directly on the silk fabric. Iron at silk setting or low.
